Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to the confirmed check-in date may receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled more than than 30 days, but less than 60 days, prior to the confirmed date of arrival may receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival are nonrefundable, even in case of a no show.
No refunds shall be given if Guest checks into the property, or takes occupancy, but later wishes to vacate the premises prior to his/her scheduled check out date (conditions may apply).
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of the Landlord.
AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Fifty percent (50%) of the total confirmed amount shall be collected at the time of booking. All remaining balance will be charged to the Guests original credit card 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date. In the event Guest requests to use an alternate credit/debit card for the remaining balance, the request MUST be received by AZRNR no less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. All reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of the confirmation total at the time of booking. AZRNR only accepts credit card payments with the addition of a 3% transaction processing fee paid by the credit card holder. AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE

Although we haven't checked out yet we wanted to leave a review. The accommodations here are perfect! We are already discussing when we can come back to stay here again.
What an amazing resort community and this condo di not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with so much to do. The patio was great to relax on with a glass of wine before my husband and I wondered down to the pool nearly every evening like two young couples again. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you for such a lovely stay and the exceptional service management provided!
Stayed while on an extended business trip and the property was clean and well kept. It's in a very nice, quite location in the community which was great for me to work on the patio while enjoying the views. Good gym facilities as well made it feel like home. Would highly recommend.
