Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to the confirmed check-in date may receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled more than than 30 days, but less than 60 days, prior to the confirmed date of arrival may receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival are nonrefundable, even in case of a no show.
No refunds shall be given if Guest checks into the property, or takes occupancy, but later wishes to vacate the premises prior to his/her scheduled check out date (conditions may apply).
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of the Landlord.
AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Deposit Policy
Fifty percent (50%) of the total confirmed amount shall be collected at the time of booking. All remaining balance will be charged to the Guests original credit card 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date. In the event Guest requests to use an alternate credit/debit card for the remaining balance, the request MUST be received by AZRNR no less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. All reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of the confirmation total at the time of booking. AZRNR only accepts credit card payments with the addition of a 3% transaction processing fee paid by the credit card holder. AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE

The house was clean and the golf course view was beautiful including sunsets. We were fortunate enough to have the LPGA during our stay. They provided plenty of dishes etc in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens. The airbnb reps were always very informative with people/services coming to the house. Overall a very good experience and would definitely come back.
We enjoyed our stay at On the Nine. The house was clean and matched the description. It was nicely decorated and the beds were big and comfortable. The location was excellent being in a gated community on a picturesque golf course with mountain view. The community was very quiet and we enjoyed walking around in it.
We had a few minor issues with the house that were taken care of right away. AZNR was great to work with.
The only things I didn’t like about the house were the fact that there wasn’t any cable tv, just apps that required subscriptions… couldn’t watch live sports. Also, the backyard is all rocks so we weren’t really able to spend much time there.
But, we would definitely stay again.
This is a wonderful home located in a beautiful neighborhood! We loved that it’s a gated community and the beautiful backdrop being on the golf course. Home was equipped with everything we needed and was decorated professionally! We loved our stay here.
Well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Tons of counter space. Nice furnishings and great layout. Very peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Enjoyed our 8 weeks and would highly recommend.
Great place for a great price.
