Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to the confirmed check-in date may receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled more than than 30 days, but less than 60 days, prior to the confirmed date of arrival may receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival are nonrefundable, even in case of a no show.
No refunds shall be given if Guest checks into the property, or takes occupancy, but later wishes to vacate the premises prior to his/her scheduled check out date (conditions may apply).
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of the Landlord.
AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Deposit Policy
Fifty percent (50%) of the total confirmed amount shall be collected at the time of booking. All remaining balance will be charged to the Guests original credit card 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date. In the event Guest requests to use an alternate credit/debit card for the remaining balance, the request MUST be received by AZRNR no less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. All reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of the confirmation total at the time of booking. AZRNR only accepts credit card payments with the addition of a 3% transaction processing fee paid by the credit card holder. AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE

The management team was lovely to work with! However, getting into the unit was difficult - outside of initially receiving the wrong lockbox code and not being able to get into the unit the first night - as just trying to find the lockbox was tricky.
This was the cutest, most thought out little suite I've ever stayed in. Almost nothing was spared in this extremely clean home. A full small kitchen, minus a dishwasher, included a microwave that also roasts, bakes and cooks (microwave and conventional and convection often in one). The pool and spa were also refreshing and relaxing. There are also drink vending machines and an ice maker on the 1st floor, laundry room is community use coin/card laundry and right outside the door from the elevator/ closest to this suite. I highly recommend this home for couples, singles looking for a unique and accommodative stay. I also learned that this unit can be rented with the larger unit next door, so we did, amazing stay, affordable too!!!
