Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 60 days prior to the confirmed check-in date may receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled more than than 30 days, but less than 60 days, prior to the confirmed date of arrival may receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival are nonrefundable, even in case of a no show.
No refunds shall be given if Guest checks into the property, or takes occupancy, but later wishes to vacate the premises prior to his/her scheduled check out date (conditions may apply).
Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of the Landlord.
AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Deposit Policy
Fifty percent (50%) of the total confirmed amount shall be collected at the time of booking. All remaining balance will be charged to the Guests original credit card 30 days prior to the confirmed check-in date. In the event Guest requests to use an alternate credit/debit card for the remaining balance, the request MUST be received by AZRNR no less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. All reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of the confirmation total at the time of booking. AZRNR only accepts credit card payments with the addition of a 3% transaction processing fee paid by the credit card holder. AZRNR HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE

Very beautiful setting. Loved sitting by the pool and putting the puzzles together and grilling out. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen has great amenities to make our own meals. Thank you for a great visit.

Great house as described and well equipped. Very peaceful nature setting, close to outdoor recreation. Nice pool area and outdoor space. Host responsive and attentive. Would recommend. Note that in addition to the typical cameras at the font door and parking area, there is a camera of the backyard pool area. Anyone using the pool or sunbathing by the pool will be on camera at all times, so just something to be aware of in terms or privacy.
