After a successful 16 year career in Non-Invasive Cardiology,  Rance pursued his passion for real estate and obtained his real estate license in 2014 and quickly made his mark in the vacation rental industry. In his first year he was recognized by The National Association of Realtors as one of Arizona’s Premier Resort & Second Home Property Specialist focusing on Vacation Rental Management and Second Home Sales. He’s furthered his recognition by being awarded The National Broker★Agent™ Advisor “Certificate of Excellence” 8x (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), The Five Star Award 4x (2020 & 2021, & 2022, 2023), The ‘Top 100 Member in Market’ Award 3x (2021, 2022, 2023), and in 2018 was inducted to the President’s Circle For Outstanding Sales Achievement.

Rance has also received designations by the National Association of REALTORS® a Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), has been granted the NAR® C2EX Endorsement for his “Commitment to Excellence” and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN).

Rance’s past experience has involved working with the Arizona State Governors Office and Arizona State Senate, as well as members of the Arizona Supreme Court, to evaluate ongoing STR legislation and helped establish vacation rental industry standards and best practices. He’s been a Premier Member of The International Consortium of Real Estate Agents, as well as, a member of The International REALTOR Association, The Arizona Association of REALTORS®, The Southeast & West Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®, and both the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) and the Latin Multiple Listing Service (serving Central & South America). Rance held a position on the SEVRAR Property Management Committee and worked with the Arizona Short Term Rental Legislation Work Group while currently leading an elite team of Vacation Rental professionals.

With such vast experience, he’s helped buyers, sellers, investors, and renters from all walks of life, and from a multitude of countries. He strives to exceed his clients expectations, and provides encouragement and inspiration to those he meets. Sometimes we wonder if Kimberly actually moonlights as Wonder Woman. Her compassion and big heart deserves an honorary round of applause! Not only has she played an integral role as Director of Operations at AZRNR, but she also oversees and manages vendor and guest management services, as well as short term rental management and client relations.

When Kimberly’s not handling guest inquiries, or running around town ensuring her properties look their best with her phone in hand, she enjoys kayaking, camping, traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing new adventures. Although she has a tenacity for vacation rental management, she also continues to work towards obtaining her real estate license to help compliment her property management opportunities and expand her long term management portfolio.

Maria has been part of the AZRNR Team since before AZRNR was even a team. With her kind smile, and a meticulous eye for detail, she performs her role with AZRNR to perfection and keeps our vacation rental properties looking their best for each guests arrival.
